Our work ethic and capacity allows for growth and customers needs.
We don't have to look far to find many of our ingredients. Amish farmers grow our wheat without chemicals. Then it's rolled by hand by an Amishman using a gas-fired engine. We use locally-produced eggs in our delicious homemade noodles, and we work hard to find the freshest, most natural fruits, whole grains, flours, nuts, and other ingredients.
